Previously, Mrs Mills has worked in several UK based private boarding schools, including Wycliffe College in Gloucestershire, where she was Housemistress of a senior boys’ boarding house and teacher of Modern Foreign Languages. Following this role, she was appointed as Head of Boarding at Haberdashers’ Monmouth School for Girls, where she remained for four years until appointed initially as the Deputy Head of the Laude British School of Vila-real and then subsequently promoted to Principal .
