Extra Curricular

At CIS we encourage our students to gain new skills and discover new interests.  Clubs are held at school during lunch and after school and offer an opportunity to push boundaries and explore activities outside of the classroom.  They also allow students across different year groups to work together as a team.

The majority of our clubs are included in the fees, however there is a charge for some clubs and parents are made aware of this.  We offer a wide range of activities to ensure that there is something of interest to everyone.

Clubs are reviewed on a termly basis and the requests and interests are taken into consideration when planning the extra-curricular timetable.

Current clubs include: Chess, Drama, Art, Mandarin, Jazzercise, Multisport, French and Football clubs

Instrumental Lessons

At the current time, we are able to offer piano and guitar lessons at CIS. These are run by experienced instrumental teachers from outside the school, and fees for these lessons are payable to them directly.  We are looking to extend the range of instrumental lessons available, and are hoping to add violin and drum lessons in the near future. Please contact Mr Daniel Orwin at dmorwin@cischool.co.uk  for more information about instrumental lessons at CIS Primary School.
