students playing hockey

This Tuesday, it was the last games lesson for the Year 11s.  It was a sunny afternoon and perfect conditions to play netball. Prior to Easter, the Year 10 & 11s had begun a tournament with football. Tuesday was the conclusion of the tournament, with the pupils staying in their three teams and playing against each other. The pupils were all positive and enjoyed the afternoon, working hard to compete. It was great to see the pupils all together and enjoying themselves for the last time as one big group. I hope that the Year 11s continue to participate in regular sporting activities through their next couple of years at college. Good luck to them for the coming months. Mrs McAlinden
